It's only a 10-minute walk from the city centre, it has free car parking and the breakfast until 12 on Sunday is a big plus!

The hotel was located near to the ulster museum, botanic garden as well as supermarkets and restaurants. As a family travelling with children, we felt safe in the area. The rooms are modern and clean, though a little small and cramp for a family of 4.The breakfast provided was good and well balanced.

It would be better if there is free wi-fi in the rooms.

Reception was nice and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn't do enough for us. The purpose of our stay was to go and see the Titanic experience and one of the girls on reception even printed off a map for us with directions on how to get there. On the basis of the staff alone, I would recommend this hotel to others.

The beds were not very comfortable - perhaps new mattresses might help! The food was OK but not of standards we've had in other hotels in the Republic of Ireland - breakfast was luke warm coming out of those hot plates. Also we had dinner the night before in the hotel and it was bland. Also, I forgot my sunglasses in the bedroom and rang the hotel while I was on my way home in the car to see if they were located and they were. I asked if they could be posted to me and was surprised to hear that my card would be charged for the cost of postage. I thought after spending money on 2 rooms for my family that this charge would be waived. I have instructed the hotel to make sure that they are well packaged so that after charging my card, I don't receive broken sunglasses in the post - it will be interesting to see what happens there!!

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was near to the lift so was very noisey. Other guests in hotel very loud, especially at 2.00am in the morning on returning to their rooms. The breakfast was a complete shambles, no direction whatsover. Tables uncleared after guests had departed. Had to clear table ourselves in order to sit down for breakfast. No plates, no cutlery, had to constantly chase staff for items in order to sit down to eat. Bar not stocked well at all. Ordered a baileys and a whiskey one evening, both drinks weren't in stock. Definitely wouldn't book to stop here again!

The location of the hotel was great and there are many eating houses around the hotel. The city centre was 10 minute walk away as well as the cinema and bars. The room was very comfortable, very clean and had great decor. The free car parking was also a bonus. The staff at the desk were very polite and courteous. There appeared to be a well stocked bar and many residents stayed there for a few drinks.

The breakfast the next morning was disappointing. We had gone down to the breakfast area at a reasonable time of quarter to 11. The cereal had very little in it, there was no butter for the toast, there was very little for the cooked breakfast. Overall I found it limited and unappetizing.

Location was excellent, easy access to city centre. Secure parking was great to have. Overall the hotel offered great value, the rooms were clean and comfortable (could do with a bit more space when used as a family room). Staff were more than helpful, and a good breakfast carried us through the day.

Simple cheap but comfortable. Very good shower. Good open bar and seating area. Service very good. Would I stay again at the price, certainly.

No iron, biscuits or wifi in room. Towels could have been bigger. Can't remember if there was a temperature control in the room, it certainly got a little hot in the morning..........

The staff are so friendly. The room rate includes a cooked buffet breakfast which is very substabtial. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, great for a short stay! The breakfast was also good, and served from 7am. Location was also very good!

Would advise trying to get to breakfast early, when we went at 9am on first morning it was very busy and food running low, although staff did fill up, they were fairly slow to do so.
